Keynote Speech of Dr. Abdullah Maiga, President of the Section of the Mohammed VI Foundation of African Oulema in Niger
Dr. Abdullah Maiga, President of the section of the Mohammed VI Foundation of African Oulema in Niger, praised the great achievements of the Foundation in the service of the Arab Islamic culture and the revival of the African Islamic heritage, although it was not long before its establishment.
This came during his keynote speech on the second scientific symposium organized by the section of the Mohammed VI Foundation of African Oulema in Niger, under the title: African Islamic Heritage in Niger between Past, Present and Future Prospects, on Saturday and Sunday 17-18 Dhu al-Qi’dah 1440H, corresponding to 20-21 July 2019, in Niamey.
Mr. Abdullah Maiga stated that the conference is an embodiment of the Foundation’s objectives in protecting and maintaining the Islamic heritage emanating from the spirit of the message and the light of Islam. Hence, the communities accepted it and sought in its spread throughout West Africa.
