On Sunday, June 10th, 2018, the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency Mr. Muhammadu Buhari, paid a visit to the headquarters of the Mohammed VI Institute for the Formation of Imams, Mourchidines and Mourchidates in Rabat.

At the headquarters of the Institute, His Excellency Mr. Muhammadu Buhari, whose official visit, work, and friendship to Morocco came as a kind of invitation from His Majesty the Commander of the Faithful, the King Mohammed VI, greeted the Minister of Habous and Islamic Affairs, Ahmed Taoufiq, and the Director of Mohammed VI Institute for the training of Imams, Mourchidines and Mourchidates, Mr. Abdessalam Lazaâr.

After his visit, Mr. Muhammadu Buhari expressed, in a statement to the press after the visit, his great appreciation and gratitude to His Majesty the King Mohammed VI for hosting more than 200 Nigerian students in the Mohammed VI Institute.
