HM the King and Malian President Perform Friday Prayers at the Great Mosque of Bamako
HM King Mohammed VI, Commander of the Faithful, and Malian President, Ibrahim Boubacar Keita, performed Friday prayers at the Great mosque of Bamako.
In his sermon, the Imam stressed that God forbids injustice and calls the believers to help each other, to love and to show solidarity with each other, as one body, whose members are sensitive to the happiness and unhappiness.
HM King Mohammed VI, Commander of the Faithful, donated to the authorities in charge of the management of Mali’s religious affairs, following the Friday prayer which HM the King performed along with Malian President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita, ten thousand copies of the Publishing, issued by the Mohammed VI Foundation for Publishing of Holy Quran in order to distribute them in Mali’s mosques.
This is the first batch of Holy Quran copies offered as part of the implementation of the royal instructions, to the said Foundation, on meeting the needs of the western African countries for Quran copies according to the Warsh version from Nafi, chosen by the Kingdom and these countries.
