Sheikh Mohamed Sheebwana moved to the mercy of Allah
Sheikh Mohamed Sheebwana, President of the section of the Mohammed VI Foundation of African Oulema in the Republic of Kenya moved to the mercy of Allah on Friday, Dhu al-Hijjah 10th, 1441, corresponding to July 31th, 2020.
Sheikh Sheebwana was born in 1952 in Kenya and held a Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Arabic Language and Islamic Studies from Al-Dawa University in Libya.
Thus, he was a preacher in several mosques in the capital, Nairobi, and the cities of Lamu and Mombasa. He also worked in teaching Arabic and religious sciences in many Islamic schools in the country.
In addition, he provided a range of religious and guiding programs on the air of several local radio stations.
In 2018, he was appointed president of the Mohammed VI Foundation of African Oulema section in Kenya.
On this painful occasion, the Mohammed VI Foundation of African Oulema extends its deepest and sincere condolences to his family, the members of the Foundation, the brotherly Kenyan people and all Muslims in general.
